House.blue.businesscard.jpg.JPGAccomodation and Visiting Cardiff

Now that you have decided that you would like to visit Cardiff, you need to choose the type of accommodation you prefer - this might be a Hotel, Bed & Breakfast (B&B), Self-Catering, City Centre or Seaside location, Country Farmstead or campsite, or perhaps a Youth Hostel. All these may be found in and around Cardiff.

Hotels will be the most expensive, whilst a family run Bed & Breakfast will be reasonably priced and will be able to give you lots of useful information about the city and surrounds. Farmsteads will offer you a taste of country living, and Camp Sites are essential for walkers and caravan owners.

"For Luxury B&B try Brecon Lodge B&B, just minutes from the City Centre. www.breconlodge.co.uk or T. (02920 702111)." See the Special Offer coupon at bottom of page.

How long do you want to stay in Cardiff? We suggest at least 3 nights if you can. The best way to see the city is to buy a Cardiff Bus "Day to Go" ticket and enjoy unlimited travel around the city and out to Penarth for only £3.40 a day. This works out very inexpensively and avoids the sky high parking fees in the city's multi-storey car parks.
